Important Notice for Abstract Submission

• Submitted abstracts may be edited or transferred to another session before the submission deadline: June 30, 2026, 23:59 China Standard Time (GMT+8).
• An abstract submission fee of USD 20 or CNY 150 is required for each abstract and must be paid at the time of submission. An abstract will be considered officially submitted only after successful payment; otherwise, it will remain in draft status.
• Please note that the abstract submission fee is non-refundable.
• Following the close of abstract submission, submitted abstracts will be assigned to either oral or poster presentations by the session conveners.
• Notifications of acceptance will be sent by August 31, 2026.
• The presenting author must complete online registration, pay the registration fee, and attend XMAS 2027 in person. Presenting authors are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
• Accepted poster presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own paper posters.

All submitted information, including author information, must be provided in English.
