Important Notice for Abstract Submission
- Each participant may submit ONE abstract to a regular session.
- A non-refundable fee of USD 20 or CNY 150 applies to the regular session abstract only.
- Participants submitting a regular scientific-session abstract may submit one additional education-session abstract (Session S40, S47 or S75) without paying an additional abstract submission fee. HOWEVER, the second abstract must be submitted via email to xmas@xmu.edu.cn and you must provide proof of submission for the first abstract.
- Abstracts may be edited or transferred until June 30, 2026, 23:59 CST (GMT+8).
- Abstracts are officially submitted only after payment; otherwise, they remain drafts.
- Oral and poster presentations will be assigned by session conveners after the submission deadline.
All submission information must be provided in English.
