XMAS Travel Fund

If you are an early career scientist within eight years of receiving your highest degree, do not let your current financial status stop you from joining XMAS 2027. You may apply for the XMAS Travel Fund. Please complete the XMAS Travel Fund Application Form before July 15th, 2026 (https://forms.office.com/r/Pt7jBinBZD?origin=lprLink&lang=en-us) to apply for the travel award. Applicants will be asked to provide the required information, including their motivation for attending XMAS 2027 and the rationale for financial assistance. Please be specific.

A limited number of travel awards will be available for selected early career scientists who may need financial assistance to attend XMAS 2027. The fund is intended to help selected participants cover the registration fee and accommodation during the conference. The final decision will be made by the Local Organizing Committee, and eligible participants will be notified.
